The Program

The program consists of 5 modules, which can be completed within either 12 weeks or 6 weeks. However, for optimal results, I highly recommend dedicating a total of 12 weeks to the program.

Over the course of 12 weeks, I will assist you in developing a personalized practice. Through our program calls, you will learn from each module and collaborate with me to create an optimal practice for your needs. Following this, you will be able to independently engage in these practices, supported by instructional videos and guided meditations.


  • In this module, we will explore the practice of meditation and work together to create a personalized meditation experience tailored to your needs and preferences. Alongside that, we will delve into understanding and effectively managing your emotions, creating a safe space for you to process and navigate them.

    Furthermore, you will learn techniques to develop your intuition, enhancing your ability to make intuitive judgments and decisions

  • Module 2 centers around breathwork techniques, where we will identify the breathwork practice that best suits your individual needs and preferences. You will gain a deep understanding of how breathwork can be a potent tool and learn when and how to apply it effectively in different situations.

    Moreover, we will explore the significance of the fascia and the lymphatic system in detoxifying the body on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

  • The ritual is a sacred space where you will have the opportunity to delve into your limiting beliefs, emotions, and the stagnant energies within your body. Through this process, you will release anything that no longer serves you and embrace new empowering beliefs. The dance element will aid you in unlocking patterns and conditioning that may be hindering your progress and preventing you from experiencing true freedom. We will also delve into mobility training, focusing on exercises that promote joint flexibility and overall joint health.
